The service and your agreement
CeidCoursePilot is a course-planning aid operated by an independent maintainer based in Greece. These Terms apply to ceidcoursepilot.xyz and associated service addresses. Contact: up1100565@ac.upatras.gr.
Use the service only if you have the legal capacity or authorization required by applicable law. It is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 16. Using the account and planning features means agreeing to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional tracking.
Accounts and authentication
Use supported email/password or Google sign-in. Keep credentials secure, provide accurate account information and contact us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize, subject to applicable law. Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy information. The integration requests basic identity information for authentication and profile display.
Academic guidance and limitations
Course data, requirement checks, suggested plans, Pathfinder and automatic fixes are assistance tools. They may contain errors or lag university-rule changes. Confirm course availability, prerequisites, ECTS and graduation requirements using official CEID/University of Patras information and advice before relying on a plan.
The app does not enroll you in courses, award credits or grades, or certify eligibility for a degree. Review automatic changes before saving and keep exports of important plans. Suggestions and beta features do not guarantee academic validity.
Your content and sharing
You retain the rights you have in the content you create. You permit us to store, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide the functions you request, including export and sharing. This does not transfer ownership to us.
Share only content you are entitled to disclose. People who obtain a shared link may access and copy the plan. Changing sharing settings or deleting the source cannot recall copies already retained by recipients.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not access others’ accounts or data without authorization, bypass access controls, introduce malware or disrupt the service. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, misrepresent official academic decisions or disclose other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
Do not copy or redistribute protected branding, software or content without permission, except where a license or applicable law permits it. These Terms do not restrict rights the law does not allow us to exclude.
Availability, suspension and deletion
The service is provided as available. Maintenance, outages and development may affect access or features. Uninterrupted availability and permanent storage are not promised. Keep independent exports. New charges or materially different conditions will be explained before they apply; these Terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for misuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a contact route for review. You can request account deletion from your profile or by email. The Privacy Policy explains remaining data, logs, backups and legal retention obligations.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee information or suggestions are complete, error-free or suitable for a particular academic decision. You remain responsible for checking official requirements. Nothing excludes liability or consumer and data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable responsibility for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.
Applicable law and updates
Greek law applies without removing mandatory protections available under other applicable law or access to competent courts and supervisory authorities. The date above identifies this version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain agreement or consent where legally required. For questions, account requests or complaints, email up1100565@ac.upatras.gr.
